Southwest 4-H Youth Leadership Forum (pdf flyer)

The Southwest 4-H Youth Leadership Forum (SWYLF) is put on by the Southwest Area Representatives from the Kansas 4-H Youth Leadership Council. SWYLF is designed to empower young people to become leaders. This event is open to youth in grades 7 to 12.

Cost per person is $25 and includes program materials, t-shirt, snacks and lunch.The registration deadline is January 10, 2018. Register online through the Cvent Online System. You must take payment to your Local Extension Office by January10, 2018, or your registration will be cancelled.

Through the generosity of Kansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc. and CoBANK each registered delegate will receive a copy of the book, “Find Something To Do! No Prop Activities,” by Jim Cain. Sessions will be offered for delegates to explore and learn how to lead some of the activities outlined in the book.

 Southwest 4-H Volunteer Leader Forum (pdf flyer)

Join us for a chance to meet other 4-H volunteers from Southwest Kansas!  Celebrate and share your successes, learn more about the foundations of 4-H youth development and take home new programing ideas to your local 4-H program.   The Southwest 4-H Volunteer Leadership Forum is held in conjunction with the Southwest 4-H Youth Leadership Forum at the same location for your carpooling convenience!


Please register no later than January 10, 2018.  A registration fee of $25.00 per adult will be collected.  Please make your checks payable to your local 4-H Council.
